Thanks Cory! (CMS) When she gets bigger and passes quarantine she'll be roomies with my other dwarf, Giovanna.

5 months old, 15g. She looks just like GiGi did as a baby (except the color). It brings back so many memories... awww...

are you sure that they aren't just Rainwaters? because none of my Rainwater females get over 50 grams, in fact that is the largest any of my Rainwater females ever got. for males it's about 70 at the most.

Strange.

I have two female Rainwaters. One is an adult and the other is a juvie. Muse, the adult, is nearly 70g now and is about done growing. Tesla, the juvie, is exhibiting the growth rate of my other babies (non RWs). She is currently 30g.

Nice pick up, Allee. :)

Rainwaters do seem to run a little smaller, 45 - 55 grams being average for an adult female for me. I have a male Rainwater who tops out at 87 grams and has been that big since he was around a year old, but he is the largest Rainwater I have seen personally.

How do you know she is a dwarf at such a young age?

Okay, my internet's been down all day.

1. Yes, she's a tremper, not a rainwater.
2. my other dwarf is a rainwater, but she's had genetic testing and is DIAGNOSED Hypochondroplasia dwarf. She's currently 27g.
3. This one's still too young to be sure, but she has all the same issues my dwarf displayed around her age, along with growing at the same rate to a tee. She's also 5 months old, not 2 months old.
4. I don't remember what other question there was, so I'll look back. Lol.

... 4. Dwarfism is the same as in people. It can be genetic, or it can be a random gene mutation. There's thousands of different types of dwarfism for both humans and animals.
