I’m just wondering if I have all the hides on the correct sides, the tree has a heat pad and the wet hide is under the snail fossil and the remaining two hides are just regular hides, any help would be appreciated.

Looks fine to me. Some people might take issue with the substrate, but I've used coco fiber successfully with no problem and it's much better than sand. The only thing is that it can be a bit difficult to get rid of the poop. If you can figure out where the gecko is pooping, put a small bathroom tile there and it will be easier to remove the droppings.
