:) Definitely. I changed out the sand for the Paroedura bastardi bastardi and gave her blue. She didn't stand out on the plain sand that I had.

Whitney,

I'd really go back to the plain sand (or a "loamy" mix with sand and peat moss 50/50). Geckos really act most naturally when they can feel secure. This species will stand perfectly still (Low to the ground) on substrates they can "blend-in" well. Otherwise, they seem especially flighty...

The plain sand seemed to be larger chunks than the finer blue sand. That's another reason I opted to get the blue. It was finer. I'll have to grab a bag peat moss. I forgot (mostly because I lost the caresheet the day I went to the store. Please sent me another. I PM-med you about it)
