he will find the food and water when he wants it.

as for the heat on ceramics, yes, the ceramics hold the heat really nice

as for the poop, just keep things the way they are and if he keeps going to that same spot to poop place a paper towel there and just change out daily/when he poops.

Cool, for now ill use paper towels until I decide what bedding im going to use
