I could sure use some help identifying these morphs. they came from a local pet store. The first is a 3-4 week old leo, the second is a male sub-adult fatty.
I'm really sorry, and please don't take this badly, but the leo needs serious medical attention. It is very, very, very thin... It needs to be taken to a vet immediately.
It's an albino.
The fatty could probably stand to gain some weight as well. It's a normal.
Edit: Please also see if you can prepare some of Marcia's slurry to get some weight on the little ones, it will also help to get a stool sample for your vet to test for parasites.
ummmm, alrighty then. bein' how i just got it tonite, i was gonna give it a few days and see if it would eat some smaller crickets first. but if you think i should take it straight to the vet then i will.
I understand that it is young, but no young gecko is that thin unless it has something wrong with it. If you would like, I can direct you to some threads that show a healthy weight for a young gecko.
Believe me, I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just trying to be helpful. There is something seriously wrong for a young gecko to be that thin.
umm, okay, well i'll try and get it in tomorrow with my regular herp vet. in it's defense tho it was living in a 8" x 8" cage with about 6 others. so i'm pretty sure that it wasn't able to get much to eat.
Just a heads up i just noticed on your AFT (african fat tail) that it appears to be a male so unless you're ready for babies don't put it in with any other AFT's
