Hey I finally finished my leo habitat construction! This is in a 20-gallon long glass aquarium. The fake rock was made using styrofoam sheets, unsanded grout, sand, glue, and grout sealer. If you want to see some of the construction pics, I can put them up too!

Also, the bottom is porcelain tile. The hide all the way to the right is the hot & dry hide, the one next to it is a hot & moist hide, w/ a bottom of a 2-liter soda bottle under it. All the way to the left is a feeding bowl (up high). Under this structure is a cool hide! :D

Eventually, in that structure to the right (with the hole) a red light bulb will hang. Red light will shine out the bottom of the structure for night time viewing.

Lol, oh yeah. If you are wondering where the leo is.... I'm not getting him until this upcoming Saturday, August 12th!

That is going to be one LUCKY gecko! Awesome tank set-up! After seeing all these awesome pictures, I might have to try my hand at building one some day. :D

Nice job Max, I think it's great that you put so much thought and time into getting the housing end taken care of BEFORE getting the leo. Not too many people do that. Post a pic of your new guy/girl in their new digs when you get 'em.

thanks, i was trying to save space in any way i could! when space is limited horizontally, why not go vertical?

WOW...that is a pretty snazzy setup you've got there!! That must be like the Tage Mahal of leo homes...LOL :D

Great work though. I think it would be awesome to build something like that...now, where would I find the time? *think, think, think*
