21 inches long may not be long enough to give a proper heat gradient, but the width is wider than a typical tank, so it may work. Are you planning on running heat tape along the back bottom?

That sounds like it would work fine considering most racks use bins that are not that size for single adults. Aslong as you can maintain the proper temps atleast. Good luck with the new house.

All of the geckos would need access to the heat mat. I don't think there are commercial heat mats that big that would give each gecko the belly heat they need. Your best bet, and most affordable option would be heat tape wired to 1 thermostat or heat cable that would run the length of the viv in the back. The heat tape should cover roughly 1/3 of each viv, giving each gecko a hot, warm, and cool part of their enclosure.

I think they mean to have 4 seperate heat mats, 1 per "room", I think this should work, as long as the heat mat is small enough so that it isnt heating the entire enclosure, because they want a cool spot each too.

yeah mango+cola thats what i mean, i think it will work also as ill have a thermostat to each heat mat aswell and ild put the heat mats in all towards the middle and the doors will be the cold end.
