New leo baby

Well i just couldn't resist, the pet store was 50% off, and i think i know why, they were all in not so good conditions, this little lady/boy was somewhat the second best out of 5-6 of them, wish i could have bought them all but, hubby said no.

A lot of fattening up to do, but will be worth it! I know she/he is some kind of albino, any idea what kind?

I can also already tell she/he has a great personality. Looking forward to seeing it grow, its a friend for little neo, but will not introduce for a little over a month. :main_thumbsup:

aww how cute! I just got my leo from Petco on the 17th! And I'm guessing you got your leo there as well because one of the reasons I got mine was my dad didn't want me spending a lot of money on my first gecko so the fact Petco was having a 50% off sale...well you know haha anyways the leos at my Petco weren't too bad. There was a beautiful reverse stripe there, but it was a tad skinny and small. Although it was pretty active and alert. There was also a mack snow (I think) there as well, but I think it was sick poor thing. The rest of them (4 or 5) were all pretty active and fat. The gecko I got (Sonny) is a normal, well it's hard to tell at this age but I think so, and he's got a nice fat tail HE WON'T STOP EATING EITHER, MY GOODNESS IS HE A PIG xD anyways, enough about me and my leo haha congratulations! Sorry I can't tell you exactly what morph since I'm a beginner/amateur, but I hope *insertyournewleo'snamehere* will live a long and happy life!

Thank you so much, yes i got it from petco, but i dont use petstore names just because a lot of people dont like petstores lol All my leos, my loves, were petco/petsmart leos.

That's a Mack Snow Tremper. Very pretty, but the tail is skinny, so keep him/her in strict quarantine for at least a couple of months if you have other geckos. Hope it will grow up to be nice and big. I got a gecko once from the same store and it had parasites (flagellates). I also got another one from there that was completely healthy and has thrown four pretty babies already. One never knows!

Aww he/she is very cute!! Personally I dont like getting from pet stores either but if I seen one that looked like your little one I dont think I could resist lol.. I got my 2, Neo and Bella, from a breeder and I love them allot but I have to admit.. They wasnt cheap. Espically Neo lol.. He was a 300 dollar gecko but I got lucky and got a percentage off of him

Not yet, hoping she can eat though, she is not comfortable, yet, with the cold weather and the change in location.
