Hey guys,
So I decided to breed my 4 pet Leopard geckos. I have 2 males and 2 females. I bought them from +++++ before I really started to get into the hobby so I have no idea what exact morphs I have, so I'm hopping you guys can help me identify the males and females I have as well as the 2 hatchling I have so far. Before I get to pictures I have one more question. One of the hatchling ate 1 meal worm so far and the other hasn't eaten anything yet. It's been 3 days since they both she'd am pooped, should I be concerned or does it take time? I haven't been trying l to force to eat just moving them so they can see the food. I've also tried pinhead crickets but none were eaten. Should I be more active in trying to get them to eat?

This is one of the females. I believe her to be a blizzard

The all orange one is the male I believe to be a tangerine carrot tale, and the one with the spots is the other female believed to also be a tangerine carrot tale.

This is the other male I believe to be a temper albino, who I paired to my female who I think is a blizzard.

This is the 1st hatchling to come out, this picture is ore shed, I think it is a albino, but I'd that possible if the mom is a blizzard?

This is the 2nd hatchling I believe to be a normal also present shed, I can update pics if needed. If this is a normal would it be het for albino and blizzard?

I also want to mention all the parents are 60+ grams and a year+ old

Sorry for the long post but I'm trying to learn everything I can about morphs and what not.
Thankyou so much!

We really can't tell you what they truly are due to your lack of knowledge in what your own breeders genetic back grounds are. You should really breed animals that you know their full genetic back ground of that way you can give your customers a proper data base as to what they are buying or getting.

I agree and plan on getting new stock to breed and just keeping these as the pets as they were, was just curious on if anyone could give their opinion on what they might be. Probably keep the hatchling and try to figure out what they are just so I can figure it out lol thanks so much for the reply

Your guesses seem pretty accurate, except you can't know what type of albino the male is. The blizzard must be het for the same type of albino (hopefully, or the albino could be het for a different kind of albino or it could be two strains of albino, you just can't know).

I agree, you should really get some new stock if you want to continue breeding.

I would say it's highly likely though not guaranteed that the albinos are Trempers, based on where they came from and what they look like. I can't really tell about the second hatchling because the picture is pretty blurry.

Agree with everything already said. Pet store geckos are great for pets, but not for breeding. If you're ready to breed, read up and learn everything you can on morphs and genetics and then buy stock from a breeder who knows the genetic background on their animals. There is a lot of info out there including on this site.

Here is a link to a work in progress from John at GeckoBoa that is excellent.
