Tank climbing is pretty common, but one thing to look out for is overly warm temps.
28C-32C is roughly 82F-89F, which is actually a little cool. I am thinking perhaps your thermometer is either not ideally placed or perhaps not accurate. The other thing is, where do you have the lamp placed? In the middle or to one side? There needs to be a high-to-low range available to the leo. So keep the lamp to one side only. If you're already doing that, sorry to mention it. I'm just brainstorming out loud, here.
