new leopard gecko!!!

Hello im just getting in to leopard geckos im 14 and i just bought a gecko from pet smart and i couldn't find a specific name for it and i need help to name it i do not know if it is male or female and he/she has very cool looking colors.

He/she looks nice! A bit small to sex yet. Wait a month or so, and then look under the tail. If you see two big balls, it's a boy :main_yes: He seems to be a nice banded Normal (= Wild Type, as they look in their natural home in Pakistan or India in the rocky desert). You got a nice set-up already? There are lots of cool tips in the housing and do-it-yourself section of how to make styrofoam-and-grout backgrounds, etc. :main_yes:

Why don't you choose a name that can be both male and female, like Jamie, Leslie, Bobby, etc.?

I think Ricky would be fine. I got "Charlie" from PetSmart two months ago. They look identical. Charlie was only 3 grams, but now up to 17 grams. How is your set up?
