New Leopard Geckos arrived

My son's 2 new Leopard Geckos came yesterday. They are very pretty and seem very healty. Now I just hope we can take the right care of them and help them live happy healthy lives.

Congrats. I hope you and your son have a much fun with them as my kids and I have had with ours. This site is an amazing lace to get all of your questions asked. If you're anything like me, you will end up with a milliion questions and will be paranoid if everything does not go perfectly smooth. But they are very easy to take care of and fun to watch.

Yes I am very nervous. I am so afraid I wont do everything correct. One of the Geckos was trying to climb the tank walls this morning. Makes me think she is not comfortable. I dont know how to post pictures on here.

Climbing the wall is perfectly normal. Mine did the same when I got her. They are just curious of their new surroundings. It will get easier with time, just enjoy!

They werent climbing the walls when I went home at noon. Seem to be sleeping I guess. Do Geckos sleep with their eyes open or close. Mine had theirs partially open and 1 was sprawled out on the floor under the wood thing. The other was in the hide that is open on 1 side and placed up against the tank wall. So I think they were relaxed.

They sleep with their eyes closed. When they are awakened they obviously open their eyes, Neara likes to look at me with one eye like I'm crazy xD
