I have a down payment paid on them. Well I paid for half of them. a kid dropped them off at a family owned pet store on Tuesday. I went on Thursday and saw them. They are amazing. I just wanted a female, but the guy said he wanted to keep them together. When I asked him how much and he said 90 I told him sold. Just by looks we are guessing the male weighs about 50 grams and the female closer to 60. They are HUGE! We are guessing he is a blonde. And they are laying eggs. i can't wait. And they have their tails.

Sorry they are crested geckos. I don't have pictures yet. Waiting for my boyfriend to get his micro sd adaptor so we can put them on my computer. We are even buying a larger tank just to keep them in

I'd guess the male is a flame (or maybe a stripe-not pinstripe- but stripe) and the female patternless.

I get confused with crested gecko morphs. :-\

Eek! Quarantine!

Beautiful geckos, though- and great deal. Were I the manager I would have said... "er... each" when you snapped them up so quickly. lol.

The pet store i got them from wouldn't have sold them if they were sick. they are more of a family owned petstore. Most of them know more about geckos then I do and I know ALOT. and almost 90% of them go to a vet before sold.

That may be true, but you'd hate to find out the hard way that they didn't notice something. Please quarantine them for your other cresties safety.

That said....YOU ARE SOOOOO LUCKY! What a great pair & total steal on the price.

I bought my first pair from this pet store more then 2 years ago. I have never in the 2 years bought anything bad from them and i buy almost every gecko that comes threw there! (thats old enough to breed)

I agree with Jeanine, I would still quarantine. I quarantine reptiles even from people I know who have healthy geckos.

Yes, especially with the recent Entamoeba invadens outbreak. Most of the geckos that were sold with the disease were sold to pet stores before they knew they were diseased. Better to be safe then loose your whole collection of cresteds.

But this isn't a normal pet store. Its called moby dicks in Michigan. This came from one of the guys friends who was going off to college and didn't want to take them and didn't want to leave them beind. They are laying and hatching perfectly healthy geckos.
