yea thats from the camera flashing. the more light,the smaller her pupils.

LOL hey, that's actually a good thing because she will grow up to be a very nice tame adult! Have you thought of a name yet?

Well these are our choices right now

Nova (Native amerian for "chasing butterflies")

Shimmer (My daughter picked it from miss spider's sunny patch friends)

Maggie (my daughter's pick)

i might just tell Kylie to pick one.She is now saying we should call her maggie. lol. But I like Nova....i wanted to name her after a dragon in one of my books because she looks like one. But all the names are either long or too hard for a 4 year old to say.

Dragon names are awesome too, but I agree, definitely hard to say for her. Although, you could give the gecko a dragon name and then just come up with a shortened version of the name so that it is easier to pronounce :) Actually now that I think about it, we usually refer to our geckos by some sort of shortened nickname most of the time ourselves ;)
