Hello everyone!
I teach sixth grade science in Las Vegas, and this year I decided on a leopard gecko as a "class pet." Shadow (named by the kids) is such a great class pet, I got a second leo (which the kids have named Skittles) for them to observe. We watch both geckos feed and I have kids in my room before and after school who want to do nothing more than watch the geckos hang out in their vivariums.
Taking care of these little guys is so much fun that I'm really looking forward to having them at home over the summer. I'm going to redesign the interior of the biggest vivarium and have been scouring the internet for different ideas. I really enjoy looking at pictures that people post here, hopefully I'll be posting my own very soon!
