Hobovators are great to start with.

While hovabators are good for someone starting off and not costly, you get what you pay for, and I always suggest using a propotional thermostat with any incubator especially hovabators.

I currently use only Nature Spirits, not cheap in anyway but worth every penny!!

If you don't have too many eggs, I incubate my TSF in my leo's enclosure. I just find a spot with the right temperature and place a 16oz deli cup filled with vermiculite in that spot, with a rock on top. No problems so far (4 babies have hatched so far). The TSM as incubated with my mealworms where the temperature is consistently higher. They are done the same way; without the rock.

The closed container keeps the humidity quite high, and since I already have those two spots fairly well regulated, there is minimal temperature fluctuation. Though if my females get their act together I am going to have to pick up a Styrofoam box from work and set up a real incubator.
