New to Reptiles. Cresties Questions

Hello! I have been thinking about getting crested geckos for awhile now. They are so derpy cute. I have been doing as much research as I can, but I like to get information and opinions from as many sources and hobbyists as I can. I wanted to do a naturalistic vivarium and had questions based on that and on Cresties themselves.

1) Will a 37g (30"Lx12"Wx23"H) be sufficient enough for 3 Cresties or will it be too big? I plan to set up the tank and wait a couple weeks before getting any gecko to make sure temps and humidity will be stable. I also plan to start with 2 females and maybe add a male later on. Also from what I've read I don't want them to get lost either.

2) what is the best kind of wood for Cresties to climb on? I am very familiar with a lot of wood used in aquariums and figure they will work fine, but I am still new to reptiles.

3) Is UVB still good to have? I see UVB as a constant debate for Cresties. I figure getting it will be the safest route as long as it won't hurt them

4) what will be a good light for a planted crestie tank? Relating to question three I was thinking of an exoterra or Zilla tropical low uvb bulb to fill the plants need and a backup for the gecko. I have an extra t5 light that would be great for the plants but afraid it will be too intense for the geckos.

5) I keep reading about a isopod cleanup crew for the geckos. I love the idea of a mostly self-sustaining biotope. I sadly can't culture anything or the geckos would go ownerless as my girlfriend would kill me. But I was wondering what the best ones would be and where I could get them to just add to the tank and hopefully they will just sustain themselves in tank. I can sneak them past her into the tank but I definitely won't be able to hide a culture haha.

Any other information or wisdom you can share with me will be appreciated. I just want to make sure I have the best environment I can supply for a crestie and make sure they live a long and happy life!

My opinions...
18x18x24 minimum for an (1) adult gecko. You should not cohabitate at all. They are not social animals and do not need "friends". If you want to breed the male needs to be seperate or it will breed your female to death.

Mopani wood is supposed to be good for the humid enclosure.

I use a small amount of UVB

I use the led plant bulb from Josh's frogs.

I have a bio setup. I have spingtails in mine, and they are pretty self sustaining.

The isopods can be purchased online and are very small. She'll never notice (my spider-phobic twenty something son hasn't yet noticed all the spiders in my gecko tanks).
