NEW to this getting leoppard geckos need help!!!!

i am gonna be getting 2 hopefully and just some basic questions on them i wanna know if a 50galllon take in too much for 2 baby geckos and if not can i get a male and a female together or 2 males or 2females? anyother info would be nice to know. What about the best kind of substrate?

I think if you are going to be feeding them crickets then a 50 gallon is a little to big if they are babies you can start out with a 10 gallon you don't want to get 2 males if your going to house them together I would suggest to get two females if possible. NO SAND!!!!!!!!! I would use cage carpet or paper towels. Keep a dish of meal worms in the cage 24/7 (use a glass ashtray for the meal worms) A dish of calcium should also be in the cage at all times. You will also need a hot hide, cool hide, and a moist hide and a water dish.They also need belly heat (under the tank heater is best). No heat rocks!! Anymore Questions just ask :)
