Hey im new to this and recently got a leo. He's 4 months old and is in a 15 gallon tank. I just want to know if im doing everything rite. The bottom of the cage is paper towel and i have a water dish and a calcium/D3 dish. There are two hides and then 1 humid hide. He eats 4-5 crickets every night (want to do meal worms soon). The tank ranges from 78'F (cool side) to 92'F (warm side). Please give me tips and suggestion.

Hi t-dawg and WELCOME to GF's!

:D
It sounds like you are doing everything correctly

The only questions that I can think of is to ask if you are using a a vitamin/mineral supplement and if he only eats 4 crix per night or is that all you feed him at a time?

Many of us here(including myself) use RepCal and Hertivite once per week and if you give him a few more crix per night-he might gobble those up too
:D

Post pics if you can-we wold love to see your Leo

Cool, are your temperatures being monitored with a digital thermometer w/probe? If not you need to get one, sometimes the air temperatures will be 92, but the floor will be 100. They are lying on the floor so that is what matters to them. It could possibly kill them, or create eating disorders.

Where's a relatively cheap place to find a digital therm with probe? I've asked around at local pet-stores and nobody can give me a straight answer.
