nocturnal?

last night i woke up in the middle of the night around 1:00 and i didn't see them out . i woke up 2 more times that night and i still had no sight of them. do they come out at certain times.

They come out when they want to :) They ARE nocturnal animals, so of course they are more comfortable out at night, but I have animals in my rack system that are out all hours of the day.

My gecko normally comes out around 7:30PM - 8:30PM. I think it pretty much depends on your gecko.

My Tiamat, while tolerable/might even enjoy to some extent being handled, is quite shy. I suspect she is out sometime after midnight as if I'm up late she pokes her head out of her hide and looks at me like "Are you still up?".

Well since I'm in college, I'm usually up late like right now and always feed them around 11pm and so their always out waiting for me to come and feed them. Usually they come out at all hours of the day and night to roam around.

my guy seems to be awake most of the day but in his hide, in the evening he comes out more but even at night he still takes naps.

he always seems to come out around dinner time... i think he is fascinated by watching me eat. once we finish he goes back to hiding.
