What exactly does het mean?

het is short for heterozygous*sp. that means the gecko has a recessive trait like het albino etc... Kirk

Yes. For example: SHT het Albino means that it carries genes for Albino and even though it is a SHT, if you breed it to an Albino you can produce Albinos. A SHT 50% Possible het Albino means that it has a 50% possibility that it carries genes for Albino.
