Chameleons get stressed very easily, I hope you don't hold him everyday like you would a leo. Great looking chameleon.

It just sounded like you don't think we know what we're doing. Sorry, it's all good that you're trying to help us out. I'm a tad on edge today.

True that mike! Lol. Jk!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. He's actually a very mellow guy and doesn't mind being handled. He makes it clear when he wants to be left alone.

They really don't stress out as easily as people say. He will crawl onto our arm if he wants to be held and he doesn't mind eating out of my hand. We put him outside in the sun on a little tree when we clean and he just chills there as happy as can be.

Glad he is obviously doing well and you guys are doing so well with him!.....
Just dont know that I would say "THEY really dont stress out....."
I have had a few that were a lot more tollerant of handling than others...but I have had some that freaked out too...and then some that didnt freak but stopped eating....or drinking and hid a lot after I messed with them.....I think you guys are one of the lucky ones for sure....but I still think "tollerate" is an accurate word to use when describing how some chameleons might feel about handling. But getting them out in the nice warm Florida sun is a definite plus!!!....
I am not trying to a a know-it-all guy....I am definitely not CLOSE to being a chameleon "expert"...just didnt want people to get the idea that ALL chameleons will tolerate handling.....I promise you they wont. ;)

I meant that the one we have is tolerant of us and we have a few friends who have had chameleons that were tolerant as well.
