Not Breeding!

Yesterday night I introduced my Bell Alibino male to my ovulating Super Hypo Dorsal Stripe. The male quickly started rattling his tail and nipping the female a few times. The female crawled away and the male lost interest in her. Should I try it again tonight? Thanks.

I have seen geckos mating before. My friend has breed them and I watched. I just have a bad feeling if I leave him in overnight they might fight and one could lose a tail.

Cool breeding video. It took like 30minutes to load. But should I leave the male in overnight with the female or just watch and see if they breed?

As long as the female shows no aggression I would leave him in there over night an into the next day. You may not witness breeding, but I'm sure he'll do his thing.

Ok I'll put him in her tank and leave him overnight. I'll give you some updates when she lays her first clutch. Thanks for helping.
