I would not use shredded paper.. You could just use some papaer towel and get them wet for now (if you mean the laybox) but try to get some vermiculite asap.. if your gecko lays eggs what are you going to do? you dont have any money to use for substrate for in the incubator either then!! if you are planning on having baby leos you need to have enough money...

post some pictures of her stomach, i don't really know how they act..

You're going to need money to buy an incubator and housing for hatchlings. If you don't have money, you should not be attempting to breed.... :-\

If the female is gravid you can usually tell by the bright pink oval shapes in her belly. You're goign to need to purchase vermiculite or bed-a-beast for the laybox, and vermiculite, perlite, or hatch-rite for the incubation medium.

when i said i dont have money i ment for the next 2 days cus i started a new job and i had to wait 2 weeks instead of one week to get my next paycheck
which is the day after tommorow

and also if she is gonna lay eggs it had nothing to do with me breeding her i wasnt planning on doing this untill she is a couple months older i baught her recently and she must of mated before i got her.because i do not have amale

not to sound rude or anything but it only seems like the only thing that people looked at was that i said " dont have money right now "

just to let people know i went to buy sphagnum moss yesterday right afteri posted this and put a a layingbox in the tank

malt_geckos-sorry i got mixed messages when i researched before buying thought they mate and choose to fertilize the eggs when they choose.

goReptiles-yea i just took it off to take the picture, but what i also was wondering does it matter if the opening is on the side or on top
cus i put it on the side for now cus since i only have her in a 10 gal (untill i finish the terrium im building) theres nothing that she can climb to get to the top without falling and getting hurt
