I picked this little guy up 4 days ago and he still hasn't pooped. He eats plenty and the crickets I feed him are well fed as well. He has a moist hide too. The temp at the top of the cage is 85-90 in the day and 72-78 at night. I got rid of the moss substrate because it would get cold at night (since I don't have a uth) and replaced it with paper towels. He's never been on sand or anything else loose that he could eat. I've already tried soaking him in warm water a few times but I'm not sure what else to do. He still looks great I'm just a little concerned.

You said the temps are at the top of the tank? You should get a thermometer with a probe and measure the temperature from the floor of the tank. Leo's ideally need belly heat so UTH's are best, IMO. The warm side should be 95 - 97 F

It's also on the cold side so the warm side is probably warmer. I'm probably going to pick up a better thermometer tonight. My gf's leo has basically the same setup and he is doing fine. I'll have to check on the uth tonight as well, hopefully I'll have the cash :).

Ya know, 4 days is really NOTHING..

I had one gecko that I ordered that didn't eat for 6 WEEKS after I bought her...she moved her bowels about a week later...

As long as the appetite is good, I wouldn't worry too much unless you witness him straining to go, or any such abnormal behavior.
