Dad was TAE. het raptor , Mom was Sunglow poss het Raptor

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but breeding a tremper enigma het Raptor to raptors produces 1 in 150 (or worse) Nova...the genes just don't combine how we thought they would...if you really want to produce novas, spend the extra dough and get an actual nova male. I purchased one of the first Tremper enigma het Raptor males, bred him to over 50 different Raptor hets and 12 Raptors, and didn't produce a single raptor eyed enigma...

i realy dont want to agrue with you in this tread

but are you certain that your TAE is het raptor coz thats a realy stange thing you are telling me...
if your TAE het raptor hase not produced 1 nova while you crossed it with 50 Diverent raptor hets then there is something terribly wrong coz to my calculations * doeing this by head * you should have produced ( if all layed 2 egs 1 x wich would be 100 egs ) you should have gotten 12.5% chance on a raptor enigma (nova ) so that would be 12.5 geckos taking in account that a normal gecko lays ( keeping numbers low ) 4 clutches wich would be 400 egs in your case that would mean 50 nova's and you did not produce 1 ?? ... just unbelievable there must be something wrong somewhere in your genetic line.. perhaps the TAE is not a het raptor , my question would be did you ever produce a normal raptor out of those 50 het raptor crossed with your TAE het raptor..

Brian, you just have had terrible luck or the genetic ID got mixed up before you received the animal. For everything Thorsten, there must be a Brian to create balance in the stats. That does stink, though.

Tremper Enigma Poss Het Raptor x Raptor , I got 7 non Nova's then I got 2 Nova's in a row from different females. I have other projects that are yielding me 8 Tremper's for every 1 enigma so..... the square is just a guideline for chance bro I wish you good luck in the future.

Thats what happens when you buy a Tremper Enigma het RAPTOR that isnt really het RAPTOR... Sounds to me like you got shafted...

OK .. just got home and found a RAPTOR from TAE 66% raptor. 23rd egg and it proved out het raptor, but no Nove from him yet from 4 raptors and a SG tremper het raptor.

grats m8 , those are bad odds though however that other guy said he crossed it with 50 het raptors and 12 raptors if they would all lay say 4 egs that would be 248 egs .. not 1 nova that is just not gonna happen unless you have made the gene gods realy angry or you have realy realy realy bad luck.
