does anybody breed leopard geckos or any reptiles in the New York or Connecticut area.

Go to www.reptileexpo.com, check out the part for the White Plains show and look at the vendor list. There should be a number of leopard gecko vendors (many of them have links to their websites) in your area including Frank McGowan of Frank's Geckos and others. I'm in Boston but do get down to the NJ/Philly area occasionally (and will deliver to northern CT for gas money).
