each package i get gets later and later..

should be here before 1030...

its now 1130 and i have to leave for class

good thing my fiancee is here and doesnt work this morning or i would have to miss class.

Its very frustrating..

and they never handle the package gently scold the guy everyday.

i am LITERALLY 2 miles from the shipping facility
it left there at 746am

i think i will see if i can just go pick it up there from now on to avoid this last leg of the slow deliverers

"im sure it will be there soon it went out at 746 and is still on the truck"

NO CRAP.. >:-0

then i mentioned its live animals and every minute they are on the truck increases the dangerous because of the heat.

"we have informed the driver and im sure it will be arriveing in the next few moments"

and keep getting later and later... she said she is going to have the managers talk to the drivers...

If you aren't getting satisfaction at your local level, i suggest contacting the regional supervisor. You're paying for a guaranteed service and in many areas it is excellent. Your's should be no exception.

Please have it held for pick up at the nearest location!!

We usually do that with snake shipments, SO much safer!!!

It is also frequently cheaper, if I recall correctly.

Fed-ex used to be really late here, but they've gotten a lot better. The only problem I have is that they don't even ring the doorbell. They just leave the box by the side door. Our UPS driver was always great, so I miss having him deliver.

The last package I got from FedEx (it was labeled "Perishable" not "Live animals") the idiot truck driver left it at the side door in the blazing sun (could have left it at the front where ALL other deliveries go where it would be under an overhang) then he didn't even ring the doorbell. Luckily, I was anticipating it's arrival but you'd think he would at least think a little bit about that box before rushing off. :p
