Oats for mealies

Just want to make sure this is safe to feed to my baby mealworms, its called old-fashioned oats, and the label says 100% rolled oats. Just checking to make sure I dont kill my worms :main_thumbsup:

Also make sure that you have something for your mealies to drink like cricket drink or slices of vegtables like potatoes and carrots.
