Frequent warmish soak-baths with a pinch of Epsom salts or baking soda?

I would try it on my geckos...But I think you should try to rule out that they're stinky due to illness or parasites, too. Is stuck shed a factor?

they don't seem to have any stuck shed.

I did just soak them w/o anything in the water and clean their cage again. We have only had them for a few days.

Sounds good. I'm glad they're with you. =)

Baking soda will defunkify almost anything (given enough time and exposure, which is why I suggested repeated applications), and both that and the Epsom salts are about as harmless as it could get; they're ever so mildly antiseptic, too.

I am also a big fan of "sensitive skin" unscented baby wipes.
