Some people also claim that in order to be a "Sunglow" they have to have the Ray Hines Hypo gene in the bloodline.
I don't think this is correct. Ray Hine is the one that developed the HYpo-alBINO by crossing his SHCT's with Tremper albinos. The term "Sunglow" was used by Craig at TUG for his version of the hybino, and "Hyglows" are Alberto's (A&M) line. Ron Tremper calls his line of hybinos "Super Tangerine Albinos". I know the terms are ambiguous, and now it is difficult to keep track of who's are who's... but essentially, anything with a carrot-tail originated with Ray Hines.

IMO, Hybino, Sunglow, Hyglow, or Super-Tangerine Albinos are indeed essentially the same thing... "hypo" albinos.

Marcia,
I agree also. I was just stating that I have heard that some people were trying to differentiate between Hybinos and Sunglows based on color and then somehow using the Ray Hines Hypo gene as a basis for even consideration to even be called a Hybino. I know it's silly, but I have heard some people say silly things when trying to describe morphs. To me a Hybino is a Hybino and some are just better looking than others, much like some people are just better looking than others. :)
