So, our package was "lost" from Superior Enterprises. UPS never put a ticket on our door so I guessed it was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed S.E. and let them know. I told them that it never came and UPS said it was delivered. She said she would ship out another package later that day. After I emailed her I had an idea that UPS was silly and maybe just delivered it to the front desk of the appartment complex and didn't leave a door tag. Well, I was right. I emailed SE right after and told the lady I found the package at the front desk. She NEVER emailed me back and apparently (because we got another package yesterday), they shipped out the package later that day. Never emailed me to tell me. But what really ticks me is that they charged our debit card again...didn't even tell us they were going to. We're not rich, we're college students who need every little penny for bills and rent. So I was pretty ticked when there was another $80+ charge on the card.... :main_thumbsdown: not cool...

That sucks, but can you use the supplies (assuming that is what the package contained) maybe at a later date? Have you ever had this sort of problem with UPS before? Is it possible to return the unnecessary shipment and be refunded? Other than that I can't think of any recourse you may have. I don't mean to bombard you with questions, but I would like to see you get this resolved in the best way possible. I'm sorry for your mishap.

one thing i would do is go to your bank, and tell them that $80 charge is a frod and you want it bank. my back is great about things like that, sign a peice of paper and within 24hours the money is returned. i would also stop buying from that supplyer, if they charge you for something that is not your falut then that shows what kind of person they are.

I work for a bank and what was mentioned above was not fraud. They sent you what you asked for. You would have to ship the second package back to SE to get a refund minus the shipping. I know it sucks but thats what it is.

Hey Mallorie, have you tried shipyourreptiles.com? They are phenomenally fast, and haven't had the issues that the other has had lately. When Superior changed their website, everything went to hell. I had a similar experience in Feb........took SEVERAL phone calls and several weeks to get it straightened out and the supplies shipped. :main_thumbsdown:
