So, our package was "lost" from Superior Enterprises. UPS never put a ticket on our door so I guessed it was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed S.E. and let them know. I told them that it never came and UPS said it was delivered. She said she would ship out another package later that day. After I emailed her I had an idea that UPS was silly and maybe just delivered it to the front desk of the appartment complex and didn't leave a door tag. Well, I was right. I emailed SE right after and told the lady I found the package at the front desk. She NEVER emailed me back and apparently (because we got another package yesterday), they shipped out the package later that day. Never emailed me to tell me. But what really ticks me is that they charged our debit card again...didn't even tell us they were going to. We're not rich, we're college students who need every little penny for bills and rent. So I was pretty ticked when there was another $80+ charge on the card.... :main_thumbsdown: not cool...
