You can't gutload waxworms. I forget why. They just don't eat when they're in the larval stage, I guess.
Supers you can gutload as you do crickets - except supers need bedding of course.
I use Fluker's Cricket Guload with a bedding of bran flakes (although I'm thinking of switching to something more nutritious) and organic oatmeal. For moisture I put in some orange rinds, potatoe slices and the occasional carrot (the bedding molds really fast with carrots).
