Ok, this one is about my arm!

Well, turns out the EMG was normal. I have to make an appointment with the neurologist again. Maybe we'll do an MRI this time around? It's now been 8 full weeks and my arm still hurts.

Jeeze, 8 weeks? That sucks! I hope they figure out what's wrong soon and get you on the mend.


...and I hope you get some compensation from his insurance company for pain and suffering. 8+ weeks of chronic pain had better be worth something.

Yea, you would think! First, I need a diagnosis. The Drs know something is wrong...they just haven't figured out what it is yet. My appointment is next week.

OK, so I need an MRI. Problem is, we have a lapse in our insurance until we get COBRA going. That's going to be at least a week. Also a problem, I can't afford the medicine that makes my arm feel better. It's $150.00!! Also, I'm all out, so (you guessed it) my arm HURTS! Reminds me what a good job the meds were doing.

I'm sorry you're back to hurtin' Shanti. That sucks. If it makes you feel any better, I fucked up my lower back last weekend dancing and still can't bend over. lol Not sure why that would make you feel better, but at least I can almost sorta sympathize.

Oh, Paul dances quite a bit, especially after a few margaritas & cervesas. I need to stop picking people up though. I guess I got used to it while dancing with widdle bitty Sarah.
