okay okay, new and improved...again!

Okay, haha, this is like the 3rd time, but I wanted to get it right!!!!

So now I added a moist hide like a lot of other people, just a tupper ware container, mine has some organic soil, wet paper towels, and some moss.

Well of course, I didn't want to get rid of his coconut...

So here they are!

And of course, there is always fresh poo right before I take pictures.
I was watching him walk around, and I was like, what's he doing...omg someone does not know what privacy is!

haha and you can see him wondering what the heck is going on!

I don't know how many hides he has now, one hot on the right, one moist on the right, one cool moist on the left, and one cool dry on the left!

I think I may need to get a smaller water dish :p

When I put it in: of course I see a little staring baby!

But...look at all the moisture on the side of it! woot!

Do you have an UTH?

He will probably like his coconut.:D

What is the coconut on? I assume that the flooring of the Coconut (not the plastic lid) cannot move.

But, it looks like there is a gap between it and the floor.

Are those stick on thermometers your only method of temperature measurement?

One is a Thermometer and the other one is a Humidity Gage.:D

These items are on sale at various pet stores.:main_yes:

They are spring loaded and are one of the simplest devices.

I also had bought them when I started.:main_laugh:

They are in my other tank and I do not use them anymore.:main_thumbsup:

Yeah, we don't have ANYTHING like an electronic probe, thingy here, *Alaska* haha. They seem pretty accurate, I've got it so it stays constant during the day, and at night the warmth is coming from the UTH. And his bowel movements are all in order and such..

I do have an under the tank heater.

I use both the UTH and red light during the day, and then the lamp goes off at night.

Yeah that rock the coconut is on I made sure was very secure, I was banging on it to make sure it wouldn't tip over. There is a gap it's at an angle so he can go under it and lay down if he wants too. I won't do it as he gets older, but he's just a wee babe and would have to have some sort of monster strength to lift like, 100 times his body weight haha.

Yeah I just partially changed it again, having that rock at an angle was making me nervous so I laid it down flat and just put the coconut on it.
