Okay very confused about tangerines

Do tang juveniles have spotting and lose them as they grow and shed?

Yes, if they are Hypo or Super Hypo Tangerines. Regular Tangerines will still have spots.

Okay i just read another post also. I was excited when i read it, because my male shed again alomost never ending shedder!! but he is losing so much of his black pigment, along with his leg turning ornage and his tail gaining alot of nice bright orange as well. But i keep getting told is a normal. i dunno tho.

Many of the superhypos, especially baldies lose their bands and no spotting appears, the bands just fade away.
