Last summer when I got my adult bearded dragon, I would let her out on the porch with me and she'd usually crawl under something and just sit. During the winter she was a lot less active, though not really in full brumation. Today I have her out in my living room and dining room (closed off to keep out cats) and she's just running around the whole place, climbing on things and looking around. She looks so funny when she sets off for some place like she's really determined to get there fast. I've never had such a curious lizard, since the leos seem to just want to get under the couch. I'm really enjoying her.

I think that Beardies are one of the best pet lizards to interact with

I love bringing mine out in the summer sun-their colors get so vibrant and they have so much fun

They really are such amazing little lizards, aren't they?
Since our guy is a "free roaming" fella, he pretty much rules the roost around here. He gets out of bed, does his morning routine of bath, potty and a light breakfast, then walks over to the back sliding glass door and waits for someone to open it for him. He's such a blast!
