OMG! You need to read this.......
I was sitting here in my office reading the forum and my wife and daughter started screaming from the kitchen...... come here...come here.... MIKE!!!! come here!!!!!!
Well my wife was holding my granddaughters rabbit and my Daughter and the Rabbits back feet were STUCK to one of those glue mouse traps!
Well....... I was able to free the rabbit and my daughter from the trap.... but now I had glue all over my hands too. We took the rabbit in our bath room and I tried to get the glue off the rabbit and me.
After about 10 min they started saying...... call the Vet.... call the Vet. Thank God my granddaughter was spending the night with a friend. Thats all I needed was 3 whaling women...lol.
For some reason I have been gifted to be the only one with a cool head in the time of a crisis. So....... I went back into my office and googled Mouse Trap Glue removal. Come to find out that Vegetable Oil will devolve the glue.
The instructions was for a cat....... but it was really a simple process. After rubbing the oil on the glue areas and letting the oil due it's thing...... I washed the oil off several times with reg hair shampoo and then rinsed it real well with warm water and dried it off with a towel.
The girls were happy they did not kill the rabbit....lol.
FYI..... the mouse trap was in my wife's closet were she saw mouse poop...... My daughter did not know it was there and was in there when the rabbit was out.
Anyway....... it was an eventful Saturday night:main_rolleyes:
