That was my first thought also...poor animals.
But we have been "raised" different here in Europe.
If you put up an display like that on a show here...they will throw you out.
In one (maybe more) country, sweden, you will even get charged for animal abuse.

Here you must have a bigger size on the boxes and only one side is allowed to be transparent.

If you got some rubbery material and cut it to fit in the bottoms I think that would give them a lot of traction...

That's a good idea. You could use that rubbery stuff for the shelves of kitchen cabinets. You'd just have to cut it to size. :main_yes: That would definitely work!

I have the same concern about the angle they're placed at. Is there any way to slightly change the angle of the shelves?

I am glad to see soo many concerned about the slight angle of the display. I believe that they would be just fine for a few hours. I am certain that a naturalistic rock crevice display tank would be very similar. Not everything they come into contact with is going to be perfectly flat.

I also agree that a substrate that they could grip (felt, paper towel) should be used.

As someone who works construction and has done many a roofing job, being kept on a slight incline for a few hours will not harm them in any way.

I love the display and would use one like it if I had one. :main_thumbsup:

Looks pretty cool. I thought it was jewelery or something for a second haha! With the rubber mat in the tubs they will be fine in there for a few hours. That would DEFINITELY catch my attention at a reptile show!

I am sorry i dont like it

i find the light to bright on the geckos

they are at a awfull angle

and the fact they can be spun just screams abuse

i prefer the flat on the table in deli cups

It is very nice and a great idea, but I have the same issue. They don't look very comfortable at the angle. It really gives them no floor space. I am very finicky about stressing leopards. I will not even grasp mine to sex them. I am always thinking of their comfort. I know it is kind of silly...:)
