Dont think that Im going to be doing this, I just want your opinions.

I have a Blizzard female, around 10 months old, and 80+ grams. She truly is a beast. I was wondering what your opinons were on breeding before 12 months + months old, but with a gecko that big? Would there be any problems? Have you ever done this? If so, how did it go? ANy other advice is wanted!

Thanks

I have bred 4 females at about 10 months, all in the 55 gram range. One laid 10 clutches all of which were live births, one laid 5-6 eggs and had 3 live births, one laid 4 eggs, none of which were fertile and one wouldn't let the male near her. They have all continued to grow and are healthy this year. The one who wouldn't let the male near her last year is one of the only 2 geckos who have laid this year.

I have bred 8 month females that exceed 90 grams 10 months if they exceed 80.

Honestly Wieght > Age in my opinion. 2-4 months isn't going to do much.

MY opinions.

Tremper Hybino het raptor.

All hets but 2nd genetation, Hybinos. And if raptor het proves out (will be 50%) Pattys, trempers, raptors, aptors so much more. So imo the tremper hybino het raptor.
