Ordering a Gecko?

Hello everyone,
I am new to the forums, and have sooo many questions. I am very interested in a leopard gecko.
I have had many lizards (beardie, savannah monitor, anoles, chinese water dragon... ), and they all died anywhere from a few weeks to a month or two from parasites or an illness they had prior to me buying them. I bought them all to the same pet store, a small one with unsanitary and improper animal housing. and stupidly i kept going back. But now I am done with that store, and want somewhere to reliable to but from.
So, It is either Petsmart (ick!) or an online breeder. So if anyone can refer to a reliable breeder. HOWEVER, a big factor is money... not that I don't care, but I don't have a lot of money to spend on some fancy morph. I would just like a plain morph that I don't have to spend a lot of money on. So if you could help, or maybe know of any reptile shows coming to the Dallas/Fort Worth area? I don't know, I just want a healthey pet and need help. ha ha.
Thanks everyone!

Hello :), you shouldnt have any problems finding breeders in Texas, their are several great leo breeders in Texas. I would reccomend a herp show, their should be atleast one not far from you and you should find some good breeders their and that will eliminate the shipping cost..

hey ryan, im down in houston, (a good 4 hours from you), but i have lots ofbabies starting to hatch out. I have mainly hypo-tangs and some patternless babies, so im not selling them for an arm and a leg like some of the higher end morphs. if you are interested, i will make you a deal on one or two. just send me a pm.

VMSHerp.com is pretty decent (they are from Colorado). I think their prices are reasonable and they seem like nice people too. Check them out it won't hurt.
