OUCH!

When I woke up this morning one of my geckos has a bite out of his tail and a small cut on his back. I know to be aware of infection but is there anything else I should be cautious about? How do I keep it clean? Mild saltwater? Polysporin?

I've used neosporin for tail wounds before. I'd be careful to avoid the "plus" formulations with pain reliever though.

Separate your geckos so this doesnt happen again. It might be worse next time.

They were never together. He escaped and just happened to fall into anothers tank. Wont happen again though ive covered them all up.
