That a big tank for such a little guy. I like keeping little things in smaller or divided tanks and then upgrading or removing the divider. They can have problems finding food; they may also feel stressed being so small in a large enclosure. Just a thought.

Looks good though. I use the same Kritterz bowls. They're so easy to clean.

thanks! It was the 29 or the 20 and they both have very similar dimesions. She doesn't seem stressed. She jumps and moves all around the cage. There's plenty of cover for her. I see what you mean about the catching food. I was thinking about that too. I have her alone so I can watch her intake.

I'm in agreement that the enclosure is too big. Nice, but certainly too much space for such a little Crested. :main_yes:

From what I can see (limited view of the sides) I would call this a "Chevron" pattern rather than a "Harlequin". I have a juvie female that looks almost identical. It's an awesome pattern! Wait til it's older. You'll see what I mean. ;) Congrats on your first R. ciliatus! :main_thumbsup:
