Thanks. I don't know exaxtly what kind she is but she is gorgeous and has such a sweet temperament. She seems to love being held. My son and I held her for about 10 minutes then went to put her back in her enclosure and she turned and climbed right back onto my hand and up my arm.
Definitly a Super Hypo Tangerine...carrot tail is pushing it as technically the "carrot" should have no spots in it and it should cover atleast 30% of the tail!
Update. We brought her home Sunday afternoon and she has still not eaten yet. I know it is normal, but I am still anxious for her to eat. She has pooped a few times and is exploring her new home like crazy. She seems like she is more interested in trying to climb out of the tank than she is in eating. I have 6 small mealworms in her bowl and have put in 4-5 crickets each night for about 1 hours. But she completely ignores all of them. I'm sure she will settle in soon. I bought her for my son, now my daighter is already bugging me for one of her own. I think we might be at the Reptile show in Buffalo looking to add to our family.
So excited. She's finally eating. 3 Crickets and 2 Superworms in the last few days. My son and I are loving watcing her. Here's a new picture. Her color seems to be fading a bit and we can see big dark spots developing. I'm guessing she is getting ready to shed soon. I cannot wait to see what changes she goes through. We are excited for the Buffalo Reptile Show on Sept 11 so we can bring home Leo #2. Any of you planning to attend the Buffalo show?
