I made and set up everything in a day. I hated my tank with one level because i only have a 10g tank i felt there was no room from my two geckos and no place for them to climb.
So i made a second level out of Carboarb and a little bit of hot glue and used carpet to cover it up. I wanted to use Tiles on the bottem but im ganna save a bit to buy a 20g tank.
If you see any problems or any suggestions or changes i should make please let me no thank you.

I agree with you that 10g is too small for 2 geckos. Leopard geckos are a ground dwelling species. They are not arboreal, but will climb around on rocks and such if they are there. You don't need a bunch of big plants, or climbing things in there.

A good place to find cheap, used tanks is craigslist.com Ive seen them on my local craigslist for anywhere from free to $25. I think that's pretty cheap! They usually aren't mint condition, but can be cleaned and work fantastic :)

You could always go to your local pet store and see if they have any cracked or leaker tanks and normally they are pretty cheap to pick up if you want to go bigger

I made it a perfect fit a bit tight so its mostly holds on its own. I have 3 sopports 2 on the coners, and one on the back glass at the end of the second level. Ill take pics and post them later tonight.

If you want to make multiple levels, you can just buy a large tile and adhere rubber "feet" to it with silicone. It makes a nice little basking/hiding platform for your geckos that is sturdy and easy to clean. When I get a chance, I will take pics to show you what I mean. :)

They been together in the same tank for 2 years from the previous owners. I've had the leos MY leos now for a month and trying my best to keep them happy and stress free, and they seem to get along fine no bullying, both eat healthy about 4-5 large crickets a day each they sleep next to each other, they dont hiss or bite or step on each other. So im i good to keep them together. Like i dont see harm in seprating them even tho i would love to get them to breed they have never breeded even with the previous owner and she breeds all different kind of raptails.

if you plan on breeding then you can keep them together but he might overbreed her which can stress her out. especially in a small tank like that. i def agree with the others that a 10 gal is too small for two leos.

Thanks, I think I may try and make a 2nd level out of foam board.

Is yours glued to the side of the tank? or how is it held up?

If u check out the second pic i posted; look at the bottem front left of the tank you can see i made the sopport out of foam it fits perfect in the coner so no crickets can get behind them. i made 2 for each of the coners and 1 end of the board in the back of the tank. Ill take pics and post them Friday. the 2nd level mostly holds its self. i made it width a bit bigger then the tank so it holds of the tanks glass its a perfect fit and easy to take out, and put in.
