Ovulating questions

OK i am dont really understand the whole ovulating thing. I went to the website at leopardgeckobreeder.com or something like that and i saw that picture here at http://leopardgeckobreeder.com/ovulation.html. Does the pink part in the middle of her belly mean she is ovulating? Please help me.
