Ovulating, unfertilized eggs, or gravid eggs??

Congratulations!

I also, I updated a couple of my last posts with a couple of pictures.
Here's a pic I snapped about 1hour after she laid her eggs. I wanted to check for any visible "issues" (like maybe prolapse). She was "less than thrilled" about being handled.

Congrats!!!! 24 days is a very average lay time, you should be very proud! Isn't crazy how skinny they get after laying?! Plump her up and get ready to go again in 3 weeks haha

-Ruby has been soo hungry for the last few days.
-When she layed, she lost 8.4grams (eggs were 4.2grams x 2)
-She has re-gained 7grams (including some grams for a FULL belly)

-She "accepted" Max for another "followup appointment"
-Her appetite slowed a couple of days ago, but she does eat 2 or 3 crickets every 48hours.

-When I came home tonight, she was in the coolhide.
-When I fed the crickets, Ruby perked up into hyperdrive...chasing every cricket in sight!!
-However, she didn't EAT as many as she (intentionally??) "nipped/licked-the-calcium-from-her-lips".
****As always, she has a full cup of calcium-d3 (same as tonight's dust) in the tank.****

Ok, tonight on "Day 9 after laying", I can see some 'production' going on.
Looking at her tonight and then reviewing the pic from 2 days ago,...now I can kinda see the first sign of a small white mass in her center in the quoted pic above. it appears it grew slightly while moving to its location on the left side (while facing belly). .

-4 of the crickets were missing when I removed them...don't know if Ruby or Slinky ate them (or split them).....They are both gravid and have random appetites.

-Ruby and Slinky were both eating from the calcium dish last night, and Slinky again this morning....time to refill it.
-At 4pm today, Ruby is sleeping in the Laybox. (Slinky outside the warm hide).

-Ruby is doing her first digging for clutch #2. She is doing SERIOUS digging and dirt-slinging...so energetic that I don't think she will lay for a few more days. She layed clutch #1 when she could barely push the dirt to make a tiny hole. :O
