I could see the eggs in my leopard geckos belly. Though I do not want to breed her with a male. Will she still lay them? Or will she absorb them?

Most likely she'll absorb them.

Or she may pass them (infertile).

Very slim chance of bad stuff with being egg bound. (slim slim slim)

You can use a food storage container, cut a hole in the top and fill it part way with Eco-Earth or moss.
