Pacman Frog Care?

Like How Can you keep them cleaning and what they should eat
(Heatly food )

What tank they should be in and need warm?

how long will they live and how long will they grow to abult?
They should live om fider coconut (Eco Earth)? Or Moss? Or Just a water with gravels. and need filter?

I keep some in a 45 x 45 x 45 exo terra, Not sure about lifespan proper care sheets can give you a rough idea on that, i Have them on eco earth about 3 inches off the stuff, spray 2 times a day to keep humidity up and maybe a water bowl in the corner, have some wet sphagnum moss in one coner with a little burrow underneath for the paccy to hide in, bear in mind this is a small pacman frog so upscale it for older paccys.

10 gallon + sized enclosure
feed- crickets, night crawlers, mealworms, etc.
temps- 80-85F
coco fiber (bed-a-beast), no moss
water bowl with fresh water daily to soak in
