Well, first, you'd want to make sure that your Tangerine Albino is a Tremper/Bell/Rainwater first, and only pair that one with an APTOR if it is indeed a Tremper. The APTOR is a Albino Patternless Tremper Orange Albino. You're going to get Tremper Albinos from the pairing.

I'm REALLY new at this, so I might be wrong (please someone correct me if I am so I can learn).

I agree that you have to be sure the sunglow is a tremper albino before pairing (unless you don't want to carry the albino phenotype through for whatever reason).

To the best of my knowledge Sunglows are basically Hypo albinos, that have been line bred to increase the tangerine colouration. I assume they can have either 1 or 2 copies of the Hypo gene and still be considered a sunglow(?)

If so and it has 2 copies I believe you would get 100% (1C)hypo tremper albino het patternless, so basically sunglows with a patternless het. Some may have more markings than others, so I'm not sure if all would be considered sunglows or not.

If the sunglow has 1 copy of the hypo gene then I beleive you would get:

50% tremper albino het patternless (which would have a strong tang influence)
50% (1C) hypo tremper albino het patternless (same "sunglows" as the above example)

I may have over simplified this, or I may be way off, but I decided to use your thread to practice the knowledge I have gained in the last 3 days of researching, hoping someone will jump in and correct me, or let me know I'm on the right track, lol.

Just a note: the patternless in an APTOR is a line bred trait called "patternless stripe", and not related to the murphy's patternless morph. You wont be able to get a "het" patternless with this pairing.

they'll either be (super)hypo tangs or trempers, i believe (assuming the sunglow is tremper)

Wouldn't the hypo tangs be tremper albino too since both parents are tremper? Would that not make them sunglows?

I guess if the patternless stripe is line bred you might see some influence of it in the offspring too eh?

Million Dollar Geckos' Morph Calculator says this:

100% Hypo (1 Copy) Tremper Albino

Most of the offspring will show Banded patterning

The offspring may well show some Tangerine influence.

So I'm assuming all will be Trempers, and some will be sunglows. It's fair to assume that some won't have patterning at all, because of the patternless stripe trait

Ok so what would happen if my aptor is het raptor and I breed with a temper albino can u get a sunglow het raptor??? If so what would the out come be?
